When the opportunity came to open a shop at Bike Monkey headquarters, it was a no-brainer. When visiting the shop, you’ll see why Rollup was the perfect name to represent the space between Bike Monkey and Volo Roasting Company.

is an environmentally-conscious small-batch coffee company based in Santa Rosa, CA, that roasts-to-order, top-lot, sustainable beans and uses bike delivery to reduce its carbon footprint.

I found Rollup Coffee by chance when I was walking to my local bike shop. Even though I had just had coffee at another local coffee shop (which will remain nameless for reasons which will become clear later), I decided to try Rollup Coffee. I am glad that I did. The coffee was exceptional and I had just finished a six week trip to Italy. The coffee was as good as any coffee that I had in Italy. I strongly recommend that you try the coffee!

The coffee here is the top notch stuff! I grabbed a light roast Ethiopian and it was fabulous! The barista, Ethan, was awesome! He also made me a macchiato with oat milk…so yummy! Killer tunes to boot as well….Highly recommend!
